Alot of us greatly underestimate the importance of staying healthy, keeping fit and doing the little things to sustain our health and prevent the incidences of sickness. We're pretty much comfortable with falling sick and taking medication. The right way to maintain your health is to be proactive about it. Go for checkups, drink alot of water, exercise, take fruits and vegetables, eat healthy.
