Weight loss diets doesn't have to be boring. You can comfortably include any of the following in your weight loss diets: *Rice (even at night) *Pizza (occasionally) *Potatoes *Chocolates (occasionally) *Cookies *Milk *Drinks (occasionally) Just make sure the calories and macros of these foods are quantified according to your needs, and that none of these foods are trigger foods (meaning that none of them leads to binge eating).
